If you have a mat, a set of light and medium/heavy dumbbells, a resistance band, a small and a medium sized towel you are good to go. But do not worry if you don’t. You can replace the resistance band with a pair of old tights, the heavy weight with a heavily filled bag and some workouts will in fact include water bottles. So no need for large investments.
