The Feel Series is a dedicated series that invites you back to your emotional body through intentional movement.
Whether it’s the fire of strength, the pulse of cardio, the grounding of yoga, or the stillness of meditation—each session is designed to create space for sensation, for emotion, for release.
We hold so much in our bodies — joy, grief, anger, softness, stress, stillness. FEEL is an invitation to move through them all.
This guided series of 8 embodied movement sessions helps you reconnect with yourself by giving emotion a physical outlet. These are not workouts in the traditional sense — they are experiences designed to help you process, release, and restore.

How to use the Series
There’s no set order. You can begin with the emotion you're currently moving through, or follow your curiosity.
Some days, you might feel heavy and drawn to the Grief session. Other days, you may feel light and ready to expand. All of it is welcome.

No. For the Feel Series all you need is yourself and a mat or soft surface. No bands, weights or other equipment needed.

Once you purchased this program you will have unlimited access to it. You will always be able to retake the classes whenever you feel like it.
