• Morgan, Morganic Kitchen: A passionate vegan chef, Morgan focuses on creating meals that nourish both the body and the environment. Her workshop will teach you to cook meals that your body and the planet will love.

• Anina, AYO Space: A certified Movement Coach, Anina specializes in connected movement that energizes and strengthens the body and balances the nervous system. Her evening sessions include meditation to support inner reflection.

Located just an hour outside of Rome, in the tranquil Umbrian countryside. The retreat center offers breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and modern comforts for a truly rejuvenating experience.
